Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Final Sale

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

As a small, independent brand, we carefully manage inventory and production.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
